I am not Amazone
I will do everything I can to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, I work 3 days a week as a typography teacher at an art academy, have two teenage kids, and a dog that needs to be walked. So please give me a few days to ship your order. 

Look out for the confirmation email with tracking details when your order is on its way. 

Changes or Cancellations
If you need to alter or cancel your order, reach out to me as soon as possible.

Double-check your address
Make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete to ensure smooth delivery.

Concerns about Lost or Damaged Packages 
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please let me know within 14 days.


I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from my webshop. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, I'm here to make things right. Here is my return and exchange policy:

  1. Eligibility: I accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 
  2. Return Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me. I will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. I kindly request a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches me safely. However, I will gladly cover the return shipping costs if a defective or incorrect item is received.
  4. Refunds: Once I receive the returned item and verify its condition, I will process the refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
  5. Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please indicate your preference when contacting me. I will assist you in finding the right replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
